Merci pour votre accueil dans un lieu avec une vue grandiose gorgée par le lac et les montagnes. Appartement très confortable avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin et une magnifique terrasse. Seul point est le bruit des voitures qui circulent sur la route adjacente la nuit.

The location of the apartment is great and the view of the lake is beautiful. It is walking distance to a couple of restaurants and right next to a supermarket, which is super convenient. The on-site parking is a huge add, since parking in the area is tricky/expensive, and having air conditioning in that area is a must. All of the amenities in the apartment worked well. The host also gave us some recommendations for the area that we found quite helpful. Overall we had a lovely vacation! Unfortunately we found the check-in and check-out processes burdensome, with several required steps were not disclosed in the listing. For example, there was an undisclosed “tourist fee” upon departure. The host also insisted we communicate outside Airbnb app, which was a bit off-putting. We also paid €140 cleaning fee but then were told we needed to take the garbage/recycling to an offsite collection spot that was a 10 minute drive away, and ultimately never found it.

This place is fantastic. It’s located just inside Lenno on the greenway that goes though all of como which makes for an easy walk into town. It’s about a 3 minute walk to the bigger grocery store in Lenno and about a 10-12 minute (beautiful) walk to the water taxi terminal and many great restaurants. Lenno is much quieter and less touristy than mennagio or Bellagio, but those towns can easily be reached by water taxi. The apartment is clean and well stocked. because of the way the building is built it stays very comfortable in the apartment (but there is also a/c), the building is secure and safe, and the parking makes everything so easy. We were here for a week and absolutely loved it.

Mooi en goed uitgerust appartement met een goede ligging. Rustig, mooi uitzicht en dichtbij winkels, restaurants, meer enz. Het inchecken en de communicatie met de verhuurder ging vlot. Men reageerde telkens vlug en we ontvingen veel tips en duidelijke instructies. Er was een paar keer een probleem met de warmwaterboiler, maar dit werd telkens snel hersteld.
