My daughter and I had been over at Peaks Island for a Christmas party and didn't want to drive all the way back to Gloucester, MA. We needed a nice, clean, simple place to stay the night that wasn't too far from the ferry. Laura was responsive. She was awake when we came in and showed us what was necessary. She was friendly. The room was exactly as it was pictured. My daughter and I laughed as she said she felt like Kevin from Home Alone going all the way up into the attic:) Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Fabulous shower. It was perfect for what we needed and for the price. Thank you Laura for a lovely stay.

I enjoyed my stay. The house is spacious and well-decorated. The attic room is on its own separate floor and feels very private. Laura was very considerate and would let me know if she was going up to the attic. The location was a bit further from downtown than I wanted to be, but still pretty close. Laura was very nice.

Excellent stay while exploring Portland. Laura keeps a very comfortable and tidy house, and it was a pleasure to come rest there in the middle of a busy day. It is a little ways outside the city, but driving there is no problem and there are a few wonderful internatinal grocery stores on the way.
