The cabin is absolutely beautiful. It does look just like the pictures. Each sleeping area has its own spacious bathroom. Everything is labelled in the cabin, so you know exactly where everything is and where everything goes. We got our white Christmas!! The directions Eric gave matched it perfectly. Eric was the best host I have ever had. He was very helpful and accomodating to our needs. He is fabulous and so was the cabin.

My family of four really enjoyed our stay. It is definitely off the beaten path and a 4x4 provides peace of mind on the short but steep drive way. Though there is a parking spot at the top of the drive that is available. If you are looking for a great combination of getting away from the world, but not too far away, this is it. We made several trips from here to Estes Park and to Rocky Mountain National Park (about a 25-30 min drive). The cabin is great, very well maintained and actually has pots and pans you can cook with (thank you Eric). A rare thing in short term rental homes.

The cabin was the perfect place for our visit to the east side of the RMNP. It was close enough to Estes Park or Lyons, yet still gave you complete privacy and remoteness, which is exactly what we were looking for! Eric was very prompt with all his communication before and during our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. The cabin was beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities and more. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a true cabin experience in the Rockies!

My friends and I had the most wonderful time at Eric’s! We wanted a peaceful, outdoorsy weekend and that’s exactly what we got. The place is so perfectly cozy, the beds were comfortable, and Eric was extremely responsive with any questions we had. There are a ton of trails near by and you can use the boats by the lake, by so there’s lots do! It was exactly what we were looking for. My girlfriends and I are going to make this an annual trip to his place we loved it so much!
