Thank you for a very nice stay! The house inside was comfortable, very clean and well supplied. We appreciated the very simple and tasteful decor. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts and a nice dining place - all as advertised. The TV and internet worked very well; easy to setup and to negotiate for us non-tech seniors. The park and river trail were easily within walking distance and the neighborhood, quiet and seemed safe. We enjoyed the relaxing walks so much. Two nights we drove into the downtown area (within a mile) for dinner two and could have walked to the wonderful Thai restaurant nearby, except for the rain. We did sit out on the back patio one night. It was just a little austere for us, but we were very grateful to have a fenced area for our small dog to explore. Thank you for accepting pets!

Babak’s place met our needs for our short trip to Redding. The host was responsive and the nightly rate was somewhat reasonable. My only complaint was the cleaning fee. I expected the place to be immaculate.
