I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb in Olongapo and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Here's a brief review: Positives: The room exceeded expectations; it was clean, well-appointed, and provided a comfortable retreat during my stay. The amenities were excellent, and the ambiance made for a relaxing visit. Downside: The only hiccup in an otherwise perfect stay was finding the place. The owner provided a Waze link for navigation, but as I don't have Waze, I relied on the pinned location in the app. Unfortunately, this led us to two different places, resulting in an hour and a half of searching. Host Response: I want to highlight that the difficulty in finding the place was not the owner's fault. They were helpful and provided a Waze link, which, if utilized, would likely have prevented the navigation issue. Despite this glitch, the owner's assistance and the quality of the stay ultimately made it worthwhile. The Airbnb itself is a hidden gem in Olongapo.

We found the place to be very clean and well-maintained. The host was quick to respond to our enquiries. Even though we didnt personally utilise the shared kitchen area - we appreciated the fact that it was available. Additionally, towels and amenity kits were also provided (which is not that usual with Airbnbs btw). Lastly, I liked that we could purchase food items right outside our door through their honesty store (kudos for having this, very convenient) ☺️

Location can easily be tracked, the room ambiance and facilities are clean, and quite pleasing. However, the wifi is really slow, smart TV has no signal and cannot connect to wifi so we weren’t able to use it at all. Bathroom is neat with shower heater and towels, although there were no toiletries, tissues or trash bags. Restaurants are quite far, no online deliveries accessible, there’s no meals or food choices available in the building as well aside from the snacks and drinks being sold off in the counter. In addition, we woke up to people coming in at night around 11pm or 12 midnight, didn’t really follow the “no loud noises” rule at 10pm-8am. We kept waking up at dawn because of loud neighbours, and on top of that, there’s construction ongoing in the building. But the host is very responsive and helpful. Overall nice place to stay.

The hosts are very accomodating and kind. The place was a little far and the garage is only on the roadside. We will still recommend the place since the place is really clean and the hosts are 5/5
