Host was very responsive and flexible. My cat enjoyed the mountain view. The unit is clean and the space is okay for three people. Will definitely recommend!

Our deciding factor of choosing this place (despite being far from the beaches and town proper) was the pool feature from the photos and listing. But it was not working. water is green and obviously not maintained/functioning for a long time. So it was misleading and disappoiting. But it was compensated when they allowed us for a late checkout at no cost. Lee and Ali is generous, kind, and responsive. Still a great place to stay. Going to the beaches is at least 30mins (more if with traffic), so having a car is better. Their unit is complete and that made our stay comfortable. Hot shower is WORKING! super happy about this.

The place was guest-ready. The host makes sure guests would feel right at home. The little details matter like complete cooking utensils, segregated trash bins, dishwashing soap and handwash. You would never regret booking this airbnb. The neighbors are quite welcoming and friendly. The unit is on the 2nd floor of a building in a gated community.

The responsive host makes it an ideal choice for remote workers, plus plus plus points for high speed wifi connection, will highly recommend and will definitely be back when Im around Subic

This is My 1st time stay with bnb in Manila and I’m really like this place. The host Ali very friendly to me and always ask me if I need anything just call or text she for anytime so kind. Meramin meramin salamat sa Homestay mo Ali Ganda naman. Pabalik ako dto sure
