Very spacious and clean house, perfect for family stay. The price you paid is worth the stay. Looking for the house was a bit tricky, but what really helped me is that it’s the corner house at Santol Street and Long Road Street. The overall stay was great!
Very nice place. Somewhat unpractical location for our taste, as the beach was about 30 minutes away. Very nicely decorated place with lots of room. The host is very accommodating and helpful. No AC in common areas means you need to open windows, which lets in a lot of noise. Screens for mosquitoes though. Recommend the place for a larger group of people who don't necessarily want to be at beach area.
The house itself was nice as it provided a private stay for me and my family. It was a little farther from town than I was anticipating but was peaceful. There were some basic amenities missing such as shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and hand soap. This was inconvenient and I believe should be included as is in other Airbnb. There is a store across the street that makes buying small items convenient. There are some tricycle drivers that sit in front of the gate which can be a little worrisome but we had no issues with them. There was a dog left on the property by the caretaker which we then had to feed the dog. He did ask us if he could leave the dog there. It was very hot while we were there and an extra fan or two would be nice. The checkout was inconvenient as we left early and the caretaker had to stay the night to inspect the house before we left. He counted every dish and towel before we left which left us feeling awkward and uncomfortable.
some amenities were not working,,there is a lot of traffic noise.. could display address on exterior of property,,hard to find. the surroundings are messy garbage dump across the road the house is tidy and clean.. imprssive ensuite bath room (has a bath tub),, rare in the philippines. aside from mentioned problems is a good place to stay,
Nice spacious house on a hillside. The only issue was the neighbor's dog barking just about 24/7
