Secure gated apartment that’s spacious and central to the City. We provide all essentials in our Family Friendly 2 Bedroom apartment with 3rd single bed in study nook off living area. The apartment is an easy walk to everything !!! Country Bank Stadium, cafes, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and shopping. Apartment has private balcony over looking the Ross River with outdoor dining setting, full kitchen, laundry, secure undercover parking, lift access, pool, tennis courts and BBQ facilities. Easy walking access along flat well lit concrete paths that take you from the carpark to the lift. There is no stairs at all in our apartment, all flat level access from the lift into the apartment. Brand new air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout to provide complete comfort all year round. The main bedroom has king bed and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has queen size bed and full main bathroom with bathtub. The Single bed is in open nook off living area, not a private bedroom. However, it is still a quiet space.

Lovely apartment in a central location - had everything we needed for our stay. Restaurants and bars were a short walk away but the apartment was nice and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

We throughly enjoyed our first visit to Townsville with the family to watch the football. The apartment is beautifully kept and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Parking was exceptional. Carlyonn was a sensational host, having been a first time user of air bnb I found the experience simple and supportive. Thankyou Carolynn for your investing your time in us. We can’t wait to go back.

My group and I went to Townsville to watch a concert and not only that it is near the stadium , there are many restaurants around and convenience stores . Thank you carolynn

The area has a walking path along the river down to the footbridge to access the restaurants, pubs and shopping along Palmer Street.
It is an easy walk across the bridge to the Country Bank Stadium. Flat walking distance to city cafes, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and shopping. The area is well lit at night and safe to walk around.

Free parking available on site. There is a bus stop at Hanran Street. However it is an easy walk to everything !!! Country Bank Stadium, cafes, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and shopping.
