A warm "Hello and welcome!" to all of our guests! Thank you for the opportunity to host your stay. We want to make it as hassle-free and memorable as possible! Please, allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Kim and Richard and we live and raise our family on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Halfmoon Bay, British Columbia. Richard was born in Toronto and moved to Sechelt during Expo back in '86. Kim is originally from Mandaue, Cebu, the Phillippines. She has been calling this amazing place home now for the past ten years! We are very proud and pleased to share our places with you! Hopefully, you will be exploring the epic landscapes and natural attractions that abound in our area. Please don't hesitate to ask for recommendations or clarifications. We are more than happy to help! Please, take a look at our guidebook. We highlight some of the things that we, as locals, want you to know about! We like to draw attention to Burnett Falls for not only its beauty but its ease of accessibility. A lot of locals don't even know it's here! For longer walks, we have the beautiful hiking trails of Sargeant Bay Park, Smuggler Cove and Kinnikkinnik Park. The trailhead to the world-famous Skookumchuck rapids is only about 55 min away. Here for diving? Charter a trip to the HMCS Chaudière in Porpoise Bay Inlet for some real adventure. Our area also enjoys a premiere biking experience at one of the largest mountain biking downhill tracks in North America, the Coast Gravity Park! Our favourite travel destination is Bantayan Island, Cebu, in the heart of the Philippines. We also love traveling around to new places with our three beautiful children. Our latest adventure involved swimming with whale sharks in Oslob, Cebu. Even our five-year-old loved it and requested that we head back and do it again! We have stayed in several Airbnbs and even have favourites that we keep going back to. We hope that our Airbnbs will become a favourite amongst our guests, too!
