Great place and comfortable stay in Council Grove. Close to businesses but yet quiet. Everything is right at hand in the house for a short or long visit. Definitely would recommend!

We were in Council Grove visiting family. The town has a lot of history which we enjoyed learning about from our family. The cottage was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet while we were there. Heather had menus for Saddlerock which we tried. The breakfast very good and the have homemade bread which you can purchase. Overall our stay was very nice.

My two best friends and I met for a get together. It was a great place to reconnect! We like shopping and eating in Council Grove. The front room was a comfortable space to sit and talk until the wee hours. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well appointed.
