Christy: the worst. I booked on Jan 29 to stay Feb 15-17. It was confirmed Jan 30 by Christy. Then she told me just after confirming there was a conflict because another booking service (who booked after me) pre-empted my reservation before she accepted mine. I asked her to please fix it. She said " I’m on it and will get back with you by this eve. C". I never heard from her. On Jan 31 I messaged saying that the my reservation was still showing good in Air bnb so I thought she had worked it out. On Feb 7 the rest of my payment (total $419.) processed so I believed things were good. I got confirmation emails for my upcoming trip. Then on Feb 15, when I was 10 minutes from check in, she messaged that she never cancelled the other reservation and would not honor mine and that any explanation would be a poor excuse. !!! She then offered a sub-par room across the street. And never refunded me the full amount I paid to her. I'm furious. VERY POOR SERVICE. Horrible communications.

Nice place, easy to get to and within walking distance to everything downtown.

Christy is quick to respond and provided a quaint and very clean place. Location in downtown was close to retail and food choices.

Cozy little apartment nestled in the center of downtown. Everything from restaurants, art shops, clothing boutique’s and the brewery are just within a very short walking distance!
