My husband was working in the area and we stayed here for 3 months. It’s not fancy but it is a really good value for the area. It sits at the very end of the road and right on the Eagle river. There are usually geese in the yard (at a respectable distance). We also had eagles and mule deer visit. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house has pretty much everything thing you would need for a long or short stay. There are 2 houses on this property. The caretaker stays in the smaller house. She was never intrusive and came to our rescue several times on our visit. She really knows the area and was always happy to help. Also the main bed was comfortable and that is always 5 star in my book.

Tyne's place is in a beautiful location right on the Eagle River! Very peaceful with easy access to I-70 and places to hike and explore.
