Jason was quick to respond to any questions. The house isn’t easy to see as it sits back from the houses on either side. We didn’t realize that it sits right on a very busy road & tractor trailers go by all night. All in all the house was sufficient for our needs.

Jason's place was just what we needed to bring 3 brothers (and their wives) together at a centralized location. It was very easy to find, easy to enter, and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Jason was very easy and quick to communicate with. We had a slight issue, but Jason was very apologetic and remedied the issue right away. I would recommend this location. Such a nice town!!!

Cute older house, well refurbished, clean, with all needed appliances and furnishings. Excellent heat and hot water. Bedroom in back is quieter, but one does get used to traffic and it subsides at night. The future bypass will help. Convenient walk to downtown.

Everything was great. We walked into town a lot & drove to hikes. The only drawback was the traffic noise at night.

We enjoyed our stay in Berkeley Springs! This place is clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. We loved the proximity to town. We had a minor issue with bedding but Jason was quick to respond and very helpful. I would recommend this place for a lovely visit to Berkeley springs!
