Beautiful location, and very thoughtful and thorough amenities. Loved the vinyl lending library especially. Great local recommendations and thorough instructions for things around the house. Also really appreciated a simple check out routine without a huge laundry list of to do’s.

We had an amazing week in the Lodge. It was perfect for us with two young boys who loved the fire pits, trains and the views each morning. Across our stay the Potomac looked different day, from cloudy to beautiful sunrises - it really is a beautiful spot, just 10 mins from Berkeley Springs, which is a quirky place but there’s enough to see and do without having to travel too far. The property is as good as it looks in the listing - there’s loads of nice design features, and it’s very well equipped. Things like the emergency rations (s’mores, coffee etc) are nice touches, and Sam couldn’t have been more helpful, even when we had a little mishap. LOVED it! 🥰

This was a really one of a kind experience! From high on the mountain, the Lodge has the most outstanding panoramic view you could ask for: you can see several bends of the Potomac river at once. Unlike most properties with amazing views, it's very easy to get to and within 10 minutes of downtown Berkeley Springs. Sam and Jeff leave excellent guidebooks for both their site, Camp Potomac Peak, and the area, and are friendly and responsive. The Lodge is impeccably decorated with an upscale camping motif, everything tasteful and high quality. The kitchen is well-stocked, the hot tub well-maintained, the mattresses comfortable. The Moonlight Dome is a special experience with every comfort, the ultimate in glamping. Visitors should know that the Dome can be accessed from the hillside behind the property so we didn't find it appropriate for kids without an adult, but ideal for a couple. The train that runs along the river can also be loud, but a provided fan helps. We love this place!

This place had literally everything we could imagine. Every time I thought it would be nice to have something ( containers to keep food, aluminum foil, oil and olive oil, it was there!) They thought of everything. The place was so beautiful and peaceful! The beds were so comfy! The game room and the chalkboard were a hit! We loved every second there and would recommend 10/10!
