this residence was very clean and convenient. the scenery was better than any hotel i stayed at in California before. vacation stay was very proactive and informative with me. I definitely recommend any one to stay here and if I make a trip back to LA, I deff will reconnect with him. Highly recommended

We had a great stay during our trip! Our host Jason was very friendly and responsive and he provided clear instructions and videos for check-in. Garage parking was provided which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, it was spacious and had everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were super comfy and the surroundings are quiet, so we were able to get good sleep without worrying about street noise. The apartment is in a great location, the neighborhood felt very safe, it's close to restaurants, the mall, and the freeway which made it easily accessible to many sites in LA. If you're staying with a group or family, we would recommend Jason's home!

Great for families looking to explore the area. it's an easy drive to Universal, Hollywood Boulevard and Santa Monica. Also within walking distance to CVS and Vons
