Very nice place to stay. Not too upscale where u don’t want to touch anything but modernize and felt like home! I was comfortable and love the showers!!

We arrived and immediately noticed the front door has a giant crack on the door frame from clearly previously being kicked in and the host has not replaced the door frame. It’s not secure at all - pulling gently on the door pulls the door frame away from the wall. The back door handle doesn’t latch or lock, they’ve installed a secondary catch lock at the top that holds the door closed but it can be opened several inches from outside or inside before it catches. This means anyone could open the door and easily gain access. I reported these issues to the host immediately and his initial reaction was to deny there was an issue. Luckily Airbnb recognized this was a massive safety concern and refunded. In general, place needs maintenance. There were stains on furniture and couch, paint on shower tiles is peeled off in large chunks, back door blinds are destroyed and the walls are dirty/need paint. Very disappointing experience - we did not stay because it is not safe.

On my next trip to the area, I will definitely try to stay here. The only negative is that the description of the laundry makes it appear it's in the house. It's actually in a covered area outside, but that would not stop me from staying again.

We enjoyed our stay at Jordy's. We needed to stay an extra night and they were very accommodating. Location was great, close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Nice quiet neighbourhood as well.
