This place was a great find especially on WVU graduation weekend when literally everything around was booked! It definitely would have cost more for any of the good hotels in the area for the amount of space available here. Was great to have to whole family in one spot, and then the other side of the family just on the next street over! Made for the perfect weekend!

The location, so close to the alumni center, the coliseum and the stadium, allowed us to easily get to all our activities. Access to a Kroger and many restaurants of all kinds at a nearby shopping center was a bonus. The two outside and one inside parking spots were great. All the areas of the place were very clean. Appreciated that Mackenzie’s description clearly noted the more remote location of the twin over full bunk room on the entry level which was not an issue for us with all adults but could concern someone with young children. Mackenzie proactively communicated; I did not have a reason to contact her but felt like I’d get a quick reply if I did. Overall, one of my best stays.

This place is just perfect! The amount of space allows everyone to spread out, the open concept allows for amazing social time, & the location being a short walk from the football stadium & a short drive from campus/downtown can’t be beat! I recommend this space for anyone visiting Morgantown & will certainly have this at the top of my list the next time I visit the Mo!

Gorgeously decorated townhome located near the Evansdale campus. Close to everything. The home was very well stocked and decorated and we felt right at home. Will definitely stay here again for our next visit to WVU!
