I have stayed at this property several times and love the location and convenience. Unfortunately it has steadily deteriorated. The cream carpet whilst great a few years ago is now stained and dirty. The bathrooms are not clean (downstairs shower didn’t even work), the lights in one bedroom didn’t work. The kitchen tap is hanging loose from the counter and the downstairs gym room is just a large storage room. It also hasn’t been cleaned well, we found rubbish under the table in the living room. Whilst it has good facilities (numerous tvs) many remote controls didn’t work or wasn’t clear what they did. Garbage bins outside were already full. A shame, super location for me but not what it used to be.

Great location and size of property for family stay over Christmas. Could use a few more kitchen utensils if planning on doing much cooking.

A lovely modern home with loads of space, bedrooms were all roomy with an amazing lounge, kitchen and lots of bathrooms! Only tiny detail would be to just ensure the chopping boards and utensils are properly cleaned as they smelled a little unclean and there were no dishwasher tablets provided or washing powder given the property had both amenities, those would have been a helpful little touch. Overall a fantastic property suitable for family get togethers or groups. Great quiet suburbia location about a 45 minute walk into harpenden itself. Great off road parking on the drive. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic place to stay for a visit to Hertfordshire. Open downstairs space was great for the family and four bedrooms was ideal. Close to transit and quick for both Harpenden and into London. Loved our stay and would definitely visit again.
