Amazing place in a great location. Host was very nice and the area is just beautiful with so much to do. Highly recommend this host and location.

Very comfortable in every way! Small place but uncluttered and still has everything you need. Relaxing on the deck felt like being in a treehouse and the apartment was clean and cozy. Bruce even left a little welcome surprise in the fridge for us. Thank you and Cheers 🥂 Would definitely recommend to any couple for a convenient place to stay for Terra Fermata shows- it’s literally only a couple of blocks walk. Fair warning that if you are tall the loft ceilings are very low, but the place is quaint and cozy in every way.

Loved the loft on California-even better than the description! Very cozy, immaculate, well equipped and the private deck was an added bonus. Bruce and Kim were gracious hosts and very responsive if needed. The location was great; very walkable and parking right in front was perfect. Would absolutely stay again - 5 out of 5 stars!!
