Enjoy your stay in Palm City, Florida in this adorable 240 sq ft garage efficiency with a separate entrance. Efficiency has a queen bed, kitchenette and bath. Kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave oven, Keurig, and dishes. Efficiency has a small kitchen chair set and couch. The step up bathroom has a shower with cleaning products available. Please feel free to sit and relax on our deck in our backyard on a waterfront canal.

Great little place to stay in Palm City
I felt very comfortable here. My trip was for work and it was perfect for me. It was quiet, clean, and cozy. Extra comforts were added to make this stay comfortable including complimentary coffee, chips, and cold water. It was very nice.
In town on a work trip, great private place to crash
For me it was close to my family, a bonus. Rosemary was flexible, offered everything I needed, and promptly replied to my questions! Hope to stay there again.
