AC quit working. Matthew got a marina worker there within five minutes and it was fixed. Cockroaches came out at night in kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Matthew offered us a refund the next day and we fled. He was very understanding, helpful, and financially remedied the situation.

Just had an issue with ac unit called twice , thought it should have been somebody looking at it very warm in living area

What a unique experience! My mom and I vacationed here for a long girls weekend and we had such a great time. We had never stayed on a house boat before, and it did not disappoint! The marina was peaceful and in the evenings we would purchase Rose from the coffee shop at the marina and enjoy the sunset on our patio. There were many walkable and delicious restaurants- if you end up staying here, you have to go to SPRITZ in downtown Stuart! It's walkable from the houseboat and has some of the most delicious food- we ended up going there twice! Also ride the tiki taxi while in town. It's only 10 dollars for unlimited rides and it's essentially a tiki bar on a boat that goes back and forth on the channel- very fun! Great stay, great location, very clean, host was very responsive, no issues whatsoever!
