The property was lovely. All the rooms are of a good size and well decorated, airy and light. The patio area is big and a nice place to hang out in better weather, with a good view of the sea. The en-suite bedroom also has a great view. It's in a very residential area, so nothing within easy walking distance. However, it meant it was very quiet, parking was easy with space for two cars on the drive and on-street parking easy too. Getting around was no problem, it is a short drive into town, plus easy to get out of town and explore. It is a particularly good place for families with children. There were six of us, including two small children and it was perfect for us.

This is a fantastic Air BnB for anyone whmanting a base in South Devon. It's easily accessible by car or by public transport with a bus stop right outside. The listing was a true reflection of the property which was superb. Spacious, clean and well equipped there was nothing left wanting for a week away. The views from the lounge and the garden are understated and offer a fantastic panorama out over the bay and beyond. As a host Hannah was extremely proactive and helpful in her communications. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. There is lots of space in the open plan kitchen / dining area and the beds were comfortable. Was great for kids. Really nice area.

Lovely place in a lovely location! Beautiful view from the garden. Spacious rooms and was clean. Water was hot and option of both a bath and shower. Walk down to the beach is long but all down hill - recommend booking a taxi to go back up (learn from our mistake if you have luggage) however, is worth the view when you get to the top! Bus stop opposite does not run past 6 on a Saturday and not at all on a Sunday but taxis are very cheap from teignmouth town (£6). Place was tidy and easy to find. Only downside was not enough toilet roll and no sponges for washing up. However, would highly recommend as it was perfect for our weekend away!
