Right on the lakefront of Acquaseria, the condominium consists of 4 buildings around a square. In the summer there is a very convenient boat hire service on the square for those wishing to hire one for a fantastic trip on the lake. The building in which Gemma del Lago is located is the one overlooking the lake. From here the village can be accessed with a short walk which runs alongside 2 beaches and continues past the village to the larger beach with a stream running through it. Everything the village has to offer in terms of shops, restaurants, post office,... is just a few minutes walk away. Menaggio 5 minutes by car.

From Acquaseria you can quickly reach many beautiful characteristic villages such as Menaggio, Tremezzina, Lenno, Rezzonico, ... There are also many opportunities for walks in the mountains close to the village and the surrounding areas that offer breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains and the discovery of other typical villages and hamlets. Furthermore, in about 45 minutes by car you can reach Lake Porlezza shared between Italy and Switzerland.
