Apartment with independent entrance that is part of a residential complex with a private garden and direct access to the swimming pool shared with the residents We are about 500 meters as the crow flies from the lake, an area well served by bars and restaurants and there is no shortage of supermarkets. House with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and kitchen/hall Complimentary breakfast for your 1° day Please note that the swimming pool is open from 15 May to 15 October, depending on weather conditions The house consists of a private entrance with entrance door under the patio. As soon as you enter you find yourself in the living area with a corner kitchen in solid wood, on the same floor there is a bathroom with shower. From the living room going down the stairs we find a double bedroom and another bedroom with 2 single beds plus a bathroom with washing machine. From the living room you can access the private garden with lake view and also the swimming pool for common use of the residence, which is only 10 meters away. EXCURSIONS on the lake with rental of SAILBOATS and motorized RIBs (without a licence) We are waiting for you.....

Logement bien placé pour circuler sur la côte ouest du lac. accès rapide en voiture à Menaggio, la villa Carlotta, Lenno..... Très belle vue depuis le salon. Garage très utile pour stationner sans se poser de questions. Alessandra est très réactive en cas de questions ou de soucis ! Quelques petits bémols / modifications qui permettraient de passer un séjour encore plus agréable : - manque d'instructions claires pour trouver la bonne boîte à clés ( il faudrait envoyer par mail une photo de la bonne boîte ou alors, mentionner le nom du logement qui est inscrit sur la boîte) - odeur forte d'humidité dans le logement qui ne part pas même lorsqu'on aère - donner des instructions pour l'utilisation du chauffage et le risque de coupure de courant si plusieurs appareils sont branchés en même temps - déco et meubles un peu anciens, un petit rafraîchissement embellirait l'appartement

Beautiful view, had an amazing stay
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende am Comer See. Die Aussicht von der Unterkunft ist wunderschön! Das Geschirr in der Küche war leider nicht ganz sauber und wir hätten uns vielleicht denken können, dass der Pool Mitte April noch nicht auf ist. Aber da die Öffnungszeiten nirgendwo standen und es 25 Grad hatte sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass wir den Pool nutzen könnem. War leider nicht so. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandra war aber sehr gut und einfach. Und vielleicht gut zu Wissen, dass das 1. kostenlose Frühstück nur ein paar Gebäckteile sind und kein richtiges Frühstück .
We really enjoyed 2 nights in this wonderful villa facing como lake. Alessandra is also a very nice, friendly and reactive owner. 100% recommended.

You are in a strategic position close to the lake, from here you can reach the most popular destinations such as Menaggio and Villa Carlotta by public transport. We recommend traveling by public transport as the areas indicated have very limited parking.
Near the accommodation and along the main road just 400 meters away you will find a grocery store and a bar, you will also find the bus stop.
