Good place and the host was nice enough to try and let us check in early. Clean and nice neighbourhood however, the couch and the beds were hard and not comfortable (hard to know from pics of course).

Nice place in a good location. If you are a light sleeper you may have issues as you can hear everything going on upstairs through the floor. Bathroom had a couple minor maintenance issues that could easily be fixed with some proper care. Overall a good location and would recommend but could be improved.

had a good stay, the beds are comfortable, nice equipped kitchen, just the floor was not mop proper so I need to mop it again myself, and the bathroom is a bit outdated but overall we had good time there.

The host couple are very friendly and welcoming. We arrived later than we had planned, the hostess greeted us at first time, and we checked in smoothly. Everything in the room was handy. There were even some snacks in the kitchen for late arrive client who hadn't had meal yet. We spent six days there. The host couple gave us lots of information on how to settle down at Burnaby as new immigrants. The hostess has rich experiences on buying/selling house and was very knowledgeable on financing. It was an excellent experience I ever had in Air B&B accommodations. I'd strongly recommend to people who are new to Burnaby or Canada.
