Basecamp is simply perfect -- inside and out! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The hosts are incredibly welcoming as they left a handwritten note and gift, available instantly for any questions and provided recommendations on local restaurants and amazing hikes both in the neighborhood and within Mt Hood National Forest. And lastly, the serenity of the neighborhood is breathtaking. The home is located at the end of a cul de sac and has partial views of the mountains. The landscaping is immaculate with fresh cedar walking paths throughout the entire property and automated lighting at night. Do yourself a favor and experience Basecamp for yourself. We will return every year without question!

Look no further. If this place is available pull the trigger. Wonderful home. Spacious for a small group yet very comfortable for myself and 2 daughters on our spring skiing vacation. Peaceful neighborhood with plenty of day trip activities in every direction. Don’t miss out on the Salmon River Trail in old growth forest only 2 miles from this place. The amenities were abundant with a great BBQ and Hot Tub on the patio and a chefs kitchen full of almost any tool and cookware you will need. Truly a picture perfect place for your stay. Highly recommend Basecamp!

Our stay at Basecamp was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had! What a beautiful home in a magical neighborhood. Very sweet neighbors too. Ian is a wonderful host and communicator. I was surprised how many great food options were right down the street and you can’t beat the proximity to Timberline and other ski resorts on Mt Hood. The home itself is excellent — spacious, clean and everything we needed to have a game night, cook a great meal, or snuggle up by the fire. Thank you for a great experience and all of your helpful recommendations, Ian! Can’t wait to stay at your home in Willamette Valley in the summer!

Beautiful home in the woods just minutes from Mt. Hood. Everything at the house was as nice as the photos. Hosts were very quick with communication and even went above and beyond with a little welcoming gift waiting for us at the house. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice comfortable house. Everything you need and very clean We had some issues but Ian and Brit were extremely quick and efficient to handle everything. The location was perfect for our ski trip. The shuttle up to ski areas was a blessing Be aware, the house location is easily accessible, in a new track home community. The houses are very close together, the yard is very small, the road is on the other size of hot tub. You do not see the golf course from the house, just neighbors. We enjoyed our time here very much and would recommend the house.
