Doug was great! I had no issues with Doug at all. Vacation Village on the other hand it seemed like they’re cutting back on the service side. There was no midweek restock, towel refresh light clean like they have had in the past. Our unit was not cleaned well and we had issues with the key card locks the whole week. We had our key cards re coded but they still were hit and miss in working. In all, I felt like it was too expensive for the quality of our stay

Notre séjour à été excellent. Pour ça on a à ajouter 1 autre semaine. Au lieu d’une semaine on a resté 2. Merci Doug! À la prochaine.
