I had to be honest and rate 5 stars in everything except overall satisfaction. There is a Virgin Media cable tv receiver but it doesn’t work (at least it didn’t work for me) so don’t plan a night in without checking to see if it works. Finally, the shower fitting was loose and fell on my son’s head whilst he was showering. Trying to explain to an autistic that the shower was safe to use after I stuck cardboard in there wasn’t pleasant and I didn’t think it my responsibility to take pictures and send it to the host for investigation, I think that when a shower fitting is dangling off the wall it should be noticeable upon inspection. The shower curtain rail fell down as it’s so work out that there’s no spring left in it and after 30 minutes of trying to put it back up I chucked in the towel. The house is spotless, everything else was great and overall, I can’t fault anything regarding the house overall so 4 stars but only because the bathroom needs a little attention.
