Alvina was a great host! She was flexible with our stay and responsive to all questions. Updated kitchen and bathroom are very nice.

Alvina was an incredibly responsive and accommodating host. The beds were comfy and the bathtub was a treat. Would definitely stay here again when traveling to the area.

We often used AirBnB during our domestic/international travels over the last dozen years. We have booked exceptional spaces deserving “five-stars plus”. While Alvina’s space is very nice, it does not reach the level of the other “five-stars” we have booked. Call it pushing back against “grade inflation”. Per my husband our rating is a very well-deserved “four-stars”. The home has some updates: the kitchen has a large, clean refrigerator and a gas stove and oven, the countertops and cabinets are newer. Bring your own coffee if you like a cup first thing in the morning. The kitchen table is spacious; the chairs need some love. The TV room was comfortable. The Smart TV is easy to use and wifi worked well. While the beds are comfortable nicer sheets would help. Bring your own pillowcases if you prefer not to use the decorative shams when you sleep. The house was clean, the neighborhood quiet. Restaurants/grocery stores are nearby. In all, it was a nice stay that met our needs perfectly.
