I stayed at Nathan's Charming Ranch Home for 31 days during a reconstruction project at my home nearby. Nathan is very responsive to inquiries start to finish. The home is just as pictured and was perfect for my needs. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Nathan even added a height adjustable desk in one of the rooms for my son to do his homework! The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals plus a very nice Keurig coffee machine. I work full time but half of that time is remote. It was so nice to work in the open floor plan kitchen with island, dining and living area with large windows. We stayed in the home during the bitter cold of January and the house was very warm and comfortable. I will also note the washer and dryer was very helpful and everything everywhere was labeled and easy to find. I have 2 small dogs who enjoyed the fenced in back yard and walks in the neighborhood. Thank you so much, Nathan! What a blessing your home was for us during a tough time.

Cozy ranch house in a very residential neighborhood. Listing was exactly as described and home was comfortable for a short business trip to the St. Louis area. Our pup really appreciated the fully fenced in yard. Nathan was extremely attentive and responsive to all of our questions and, if we are in the area again, will definitely stay here again.
