We enjoyed this newly and thoughtfully remodeled condo. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Will look for it again when we need a larger space.

A comfortable and well located place. At times, neighbor tenants could be loud and the smell of smoking would waft through to apartment.

Not bad! Good location. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Pretty quiet neighborhood generally speaking, but neighbors can be loud. Otherwise, easy place to stay in.

Overall, this place was great for what we needed, and was in a great location. It was convenient having a washer/dryer in the basement of the same building. The other 3 units in this building have younger tenants that all work in restaurants and bars, so there is a bit of noise in the middle of the night when they return from work. This might be a concern for someone who is a light sleeper. We were allowed to extend this rental twice, which was very appreciated. We would rent this unit again if we come back to the area.
