Very easy to check in. It is up on the second floor. Stairs are outside and there are quite a few. Spacious with room to move around. Water is close by. Mountain air is heavenly. Michelle was very accommodative.

Michelle had a lot going on this weekend and I had missed some advanced communication from her until we were almost arrived. She was fair and generous even though she had lots of visitors in town. She maintains a cozy, clean, and highly functional apartment with unique access to three, separate, flowing water sources including the Gunnison River and one of its forks through town. We spend an hour teaching our four year hold how to cast, watching the water carry the rubber lure away from us only to ‘swim’ back as we reeled it in. The apartment has a steep staircase to the loft which our two young boys were highly interested in, but she had a build in block to keep our youngest from climbing. Very appreciative of our accommodations!
