Our stay at Iris's place had its ups and downs. The location was convenient and the space itself was cozy, but there were a couple of significant issues that impacted our experience. Firstly, the internet connection was disappointingly slow, which posed a challenge for our production crew who rely heavily on a stable and fast internet connection. This made it difficult to work efficiently and caused some frustration among the team. Additionally, we encountered a cleanliness issue during our stay. We were disheartened to find roaches in the shower, which was quite unsettling. While we understand that occasional pests can be a challenge in certain environments, it was nonetheless an unpleasant surprise. Despite these drawbacks, Iris was responsive and accommodating when we brought these issues to her attention. She promptly addressed our concerns and made efforts to improve the situation. Overall, while our experience had its drawbacks, this could be a great option for future guests.

The photos of this location does it no justice. Beautiful house, great location and a very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive to all questions. Would definitely recommend this home and most definitely will be renting again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this facility. There were only eight of us so there was more than adequate room: some were downstairs watching movies while other socialized in the kitchen and dining room areas. The house was immaculate with personal items like a hotel room. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good place to stay. May be back in town in the future, and it's pretty likely we would stay here. Only thing I didn't realize was that the stairs to the second floor are a pretty tight spiral. Thought about taking my room up there, but wasn't sure I could easily get my slightly larger suitcase up the stairs. Others that had a skinnier vertical case had no issues. Overall, a quirky, fun space that I would be likely to stay in again.
