We really enjoyed staying in that apartment. It was exactly like in the pictures. We noticed a lot of heating equipment, so we are sure that it would be pretty warm even in winter. The location is great, with lots of bakeries, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The metro station is also close. Overall, we had a very positive experience staying there.

Excellent place for a solo traveler or couple in Paris. The location of the rental is excellent. I would absolutely stay here again when back in Paris.

Florian is the best host I've ever had on airbnb so far and one of the most professional people I have spoken with in my life. I would definitely go back or recommend his place. He gave us very clear instructions on how to get there and get the keys. He was also very responsive, helpful and pro-active towards any issues we had. The flat itself is very comfortable, clean and extremely well-located. We really enjoyed our stay!

The bnb was versatile and compact. Florian had preparated everything one would need. The location of the bnb was also optimal. Sights like the Pantheon, Notre Dame and the grande mosquee could easily be reached by foot. Florian was always reachable for the check-In and -Out process. The flair and ambiente of the Quartier Latin made the experience even better!

Well situated apartment in the heart of the Latin quarter and flexible check-in. Florian was very responsive and communicated well. We had a good stay but found the lock on the apartment door a bit temperamental!
