Location was great and amenities were awesome. Only downside could be if you are there for a heatwave. AC not super powerful in the living spaces but bedrooms were nice and cool. Host was great on communications and was flexible to deal with my group. Thx!

A great spot that we enjoyed despite spotty weather. The space is well appointed and it is nice to have the option to enjoy the pool or beautiful nearby beaches. Very convenient to all the best of Newport and Middletown.

We had an amazing stay at the Upper Deck! It was two adults, our three kids, and a friend. I love architecturally interesting spots and this home fit the bill. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and quick walk to the beach for boogie boarding. Top notch location. We plan to be back!
