Alan's place was perfect! The pictures are just as the house appears, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, a quick 15 minutes from the IU campus downtown which was the reason for our visit. He was super responsive when we reached out to him. The beds are comfortable, the living spaces are spacious, and the kitchen had all the items we needed to cook every meal during our stay. The house was clean and it had a nice outside area to enjoy. This will definitely be kept as a favorite as we travel to Indy often. Highly recommend. Thank you Alan!!

This house was just the right size and price for our family of six for a quick trip to Indy. Convenient location with a short drive to the zoo, childrens museum, and Gainbridge fieldhouse for a Pacers game. Along with that convenient, urban location came the fact that there is a very busy fire station nearby, and that woke us up occasionaly, but it is part of the experience staying downtown. Having beds and bedrooms for all as well as the convenience of two bathrooms added to our enjoyment of the stay. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, but we were short a few forks. A few minor repair issues might need to be addressed, but it wasn't a big deal. The price and availability as well as the convenient location were the best part of our stay, and we enjoyed our visit.
