The villa is beautiful and spacious, however, we faced the following few issues: - There is a long flight of stairs from the street to reach the villa entrance. This is not suitable for everyone and should be mentioned in the description and pictured - AC needed several hours to start cooling the villa. We suggest switching them on several hours before arrival on hot summer days - Some bathrooms had no toilet paper and some had used toilet paper rolls. We expected new rolls on arrival of new guests - Bathrooms did not have enough clean towels, we had to request and wait for new towels after arriving - There are security cameras continuously recording the terrace and pool areas. For privacy of the guests there should absolutely be no security cameras in the house or outdoor area - There were a few belongings around the house and food in the fridges that seem to be left by previous guests or residents - Credit to Enea he did resolve most of these issues on the first night after our complaint
