My parents visited Chennai, they were firstly boarded in a smaller apartment than in the pictures, but then were shifted to the right one when complained. There was an addition 400 rupees to use the kitchen, which is infact mentioned in house rules, but I don’t see why this is necessary when the cost for tiny place is already so high. Both the apartments were dirty and smelly, also the fridge and kitchen were extra dirty. Small bathroom and overall space. Although Kevin’s staff were helpful and helped clean the place and also provided local recommendations.

We had a pleasant experience staying at Kevin's place. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and there were enough utensils available. An inductive stove was present which helped us cook food and Kevin was generous to waive the regular gas charge when he heard we only cooked for our child. The place is within walkable distance from the Apollo hospital and there were some good restaurants within a short distance.

Kevin was a very nice host. My parents came at late night even then they could check in easily. He has very good and effective communication and the place is close to apollo hospital . (Approx 800 m) The rooms were clean and maintained.
