We're in love with this place! The views are incredible, the cabin is super cozy, and the paddling, practically off the deck, is world-class. Whether the weather is serving up wet or dry, calm or windy, this cabin is the place to be.

Very nice peaceful place to stay. Easy walk / drive to beach. Nice wood stove made the cold night nice and cozy. We found the water to be brown and had an odor. This was not a problem for us because we brought drinking water with us as we always do when we go away. Great place to stay and would recommend this place to our friends. Thanks Jeorge

The location was absolutely SPECTACULAR!! The cabin was lovely with everything we needed. What could be better than sitting out on the deck watching the seabirds as the tide rolled in? Cape Sable Island is one of the most unique and beaitiful spots in Nova Scotia. We thouroughly enjoyed our time on the island and would love to come back one day.

This place is beautiful, comfortable and offers some pretty unique experiences! From the moment we pulled in we were so surprised by how amazing the vistas from every angle were. The place is super comfy and the host have really created an experience for their guests with the fire pit area, the canoe, and the sitting areas inside and out.

Jorge’s cottage is located on a beautiful stretch of the Hawk, one of Nova Scotia’s most scenic areas. The view from the front room was magnificent, watching the low and high tides and the many shorebirds within sight. The cottage was in perfect shape when we arrived, very clean and well organized. The cottage is not very big, but it is created in a way that uses the space very efficiently. The kitchen has just about anything you might need. Stock up on food In Barrington as there is not much in the way of groceries or restaurants nearby. Thank you, Jorge, for providing such an enjoyable place to relax.
