The Stable is upstairs and is en-suite with private bathroom. It has a queen size bed, is "horse-themed", has a slider door to the deck overlooking the pool and pasture, and gets the afternoon sun. There is a guest TV entertainment area upstairs with Roku & Wifi and a day-bed. Up-Country Sierra Foothills. 10-Acre elegant living. 5-15 minutes from Lake Camanche, Pardee Reservoir, and New Hogan Lake. Local Stores in Valley Springs and Clements. The best local wineries in Lodi are within 30 minutes. Close enough for day trips to Natural Bridges, gold country mining towns, and Big Trees. Come relax in the pool or by the fire pit after a busy day. Wallace Estates are 5 acre minimum properties. The area tends to be quiet. You can hear Osprey screeching, chickens cock-a-doodling, dogs barking, and frogs chirping. Local groceries, restaurants, hardware stores, & CVS are 10 minutes away. We have farm animals on the property, cats that have a cat door, and outside dogs. We also have chickens for fresh morning eggs and a large veggie garden for fresh salads and veggies. I have alpacas which we use for fiber arts and horses for riding enjoyment. I have a pool and equine release of liability. We are on well water and use a septic tank, so nothing other than human waste and loo paper are allowed down the toilet (or we will find it later). I would be happy to provide breakfast included with your stay. I have a selection of coffee and teas available anytime. For an up-charge, I have an extra bed, can provide local wine, take someone on a horse back ride, or assist someone making an alpaca felted soap.
