What a fun getaway! Must love animals and don’t mind getting a little dirty! Bring appropriate shoes for a farm. The place is accurately described. Marybeth was super friendly and a great communicator. The animals are fun to be around and love getting treats. Plenty of goodies to hand out to them. Good times! Thank you!

We enjoyed the remote and quiet location! Marybeth and Esther were very welcoming. We enjoyed the variety of animals and their temperment. Experience was like camping on a working farm.

I have hesitated to write this because I struggled to pick a rating. I was working with my team and lodging is limited in this area. I knew somewhat from the photos what we were getting into, but it was pretty rough. I will start with the pro's: -We had a blast with the animals -The owner was very nice and responsive -The bunkbeds were actually pretty comfortable Now for the con's: -The toilet is an actual outhouse, not a portable. -The shower is outdoors, but it does have hot water. We tried to use the shower in the office because it was so cold, but there was no water pressure and no hot water. -We were their first guests this year, but there was a lot of random stuff/trash laying around and the guest area definitely needs some maintenance and cleanup. If they updated the description so that guests are aware that they are pretty much camping, I think expectations would be better managed. This would be a great place to take your kids for a camping weekend, but it is not glamping.
