I stayed with Heather for 3 months & i had a great time. She was a great host, very friendly, accommodating and fast response time. Had solutions and answers to all of my questions. The place was also spacious especially the bedroom & living room considering it’s NY, the only thing was the bathroom was a bit tight but had everything you needed. Also very friendly family & great neighborhood. A lot of restaurants and places in walking distance.

Heather is an amazing host, she was very nice and reactive, answering every text I sent almost immediately. She also suggested us many places to visit and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, a first set of toilet paper and kitchen paper was provided as well as degreasers, soap, shampoo, body wash and lotion! Towels and linens were clean and an extra set of bedsheets was available. The neighbourhood was nice, bus stations just around the corner, many supermarkets, laundromats and restaurants just a few steps from the apartment. It felt very safe and everyone was extremely kind with us! I’m very satisfied with this experience and I highly recommend this Airbnb, the apartment is beautiful and Heather is a lovely host!

Minden szuper volt, viszont így októbertől már egész hideg volt és a kis hősugárzó se sokat segített, illetve a fent rohangáló gyerek elég sokszor dübörgött.

This place is an excellent stay. Heather and Matt go above and beyond in ensuring an excellent stay. They were super friendly and always asking me if I needed anything and even going above and beyond in providing. Heather made sure I had a blender when I simply just asked if there would be one. The space itself is a steal, especially in NYC. I worked from here for 4 months and never had any WIFI issues. The bedroom is large! it is a very comfortable space. The futon is also very comfortable. I had friends stay with me and they slept on the futon. The space is very large, especially for the price and especially in NYC. The neighborhood is a cute little Irish neighborhood with many delis and a great spot to do your laundry at (washed, dried and folded) for under $20. I highly recommend this apt! The only drawback is the location, which is mentioned by Heather. But it is about a 15 minute walk to the 2 train and there's plenty of busses nearby that can take you to the 2 in under 5 mins
