Terrible experience. The location we booked had broken plumbing so we were assigned another location just hours before check in. When we got to the location, we had trouble finding the door to the unit since it was not on the ground level but in the basement with the door hidden behind a staircase. This information was not communicated to us until 2 hours after check-in. We also felt that we were ripped off since the new unit does not feel as spacious as the unit we had initially booked. We had issues with heating since the space will not go above 65F due to a improperly sealed front door. The light bulb in the bathroom went out. We were missing a blanket for one of the 3 beds. We communicated this to the host but was told that the assistant managing the rental cannot help us at this time. It was only after an accumulation of issues when the host finally sent someone over with a blanket and a space heater.

I saw a lot of bad reviews and I actually booked it myself to see what all the bad reviews was for … I gotta say I loved my stay it was clean the place looked like the photos the only thing that was missing was a broom and tv but Wei was so responsive that we got all that settled within the first night of my stay definitely booking again

It was clean and ok. I couldn’t rest so properly because this is a basement and the people living above stomps and run and nice cabinets and you hear everything. Happened till about 1am.
