We had a big problem during our last day in the property. Our house manager let my luggage fell on the ground and once i told him that they had to pay to it to be fixed up he started yelling at me and to threaten me. He also threatened me and me friend not to bring us at the airport, once we convinced him he started drive really slow in purpose and we almost missed our flight. During our car trip he decided to stop the air conditioning and opened all the windows just to annoy us. It was a terrible experience and also really scary, as he acted crazy towards me and my friends. I do not recommend this place.

Great stay in the heart of Canggu. We travelled as a group of 10 with 6 adults and 4 children and the villa was perfect. We arrived at 1am after a long flight but Nyoman and his team were really helpful and ensured we all got settled as quickly as possible. The location of the villa was perfect - close to a lot of great restaurants within a 5/10min walk and around a 15min walk to the beach. The rooms were all super spacious and the kids loved the pool. All in all highly recommended!

The villa was in pristine condition. It was cleaned every morning by the wonderful staff. The host was responsive and eager to help us with anything we required. Couldn’t recommend Villa Aram enough.

The villa was lovely. Clean, good outdoor areas, 5 good sized bedrooms, clean pool. Location was central, well placed for shops and restaurants (Canggu is ever-expanding and there are more villas and shops coming up everywhere). Nyoman, the villa manager, was very helpful with tips, suggestions and providing us with lifts when he was available. One recommendation would be to update the villa information booklet and in-person warn guests of money exchange scams nearby. There are many unofficial money changers around the villa and my husband was scammed when he went to one booth close by (not realising that it was not official). Later Nyoman was helpful in taking him to an authorised shop. We understand the kitchen is being refurbished which is great. We would recommend the villa for a stay in Canggu with a group.
