Definitely would come back! Felt right at home couch and bed were comfy all the necessary things were provide. Loved the quietness and the area is beautiful.

Great place to stay! We stayed four nights and it was a lot better than a hotel. The area is perfect, close to the airport and COTA. It’s a super quiet location! You don’t hear pets in the neighborhood, very rarely do you hear cars and you never hear anything or anyone in the main house. This unit is above the garage so be prepared to walk up stairs. We had coffee and breakfast every morning at the Cenizo Coffee and breakfast tacos at the food trucks on Colton Bluff Springs Road which is literally 3 minutes away. Nok and Mike provided great detail and had very clear communication. Would definitely recommend and would return if we are ever in the area again. Cons (for us but maybe not for others): The shower has no niche or place for products. And the bed is on the very firm side.

I had a great time staying in Michael’s guest studio.  I was very impressed by the neighborhood and enjoyed staying just south of the busy parts of the city. Everything in Austin is really quick to get to in my opinion (coming from Atlanta). It was the perfect location for me as a solo traveler. There is a food truck park right in the neighborhood. Michael was also kind enough to bring me some extra pots and pans for cooking. Would stay again!

Thank you for a great extended stay. I felt at home at Michael and Nok’s place. Great location for a quiet stay and easy access to activities and the airport.
