Even after parking in his designated parking space, setting off the smoking alarm by accident with a candle at 11 PM, he made us feel right at home and was very accommodated to a necessities and also understood why we checked out late because I locked my keys in the car, believe it or not I’m not that clumsy.

Matt’s place in photos was exactly as described. I found the details of his instructions helpful. Upon arrival, the room was clean in appearance with the advertised amenities. The bed was inviting and very comfortable. Quiet ambiance. Great shower pressure in the bathroom! During the stay, linens were replenished and common areas were kept tidy. My only complaint was with a visitor of mine that attempted to visit me during my stay. Per Matt, all “guests” must be registered prior to the booking or $100 fee added. My definition of “guest” and his definition didn’t match. My assumption was my “visitor” is not a guest as my visitor was only there for an hour or so. Nonetheless, the host found it necessary to call me and tell me my visitor had to leave immediately due to “housing rules of Tulsa”. I was embarrassed and annoyed. But after back and forth, my visitor was not allowed to visit. Other than that, the property is exactly as described. Host is very engaged with cameras.

Matt was a wonderful host. He went the extra mile when I asked him for random things . His place is very nice and clean. Matt is very responsive and kind. Will definitely stay again and I suggest anyone thinking about staying to stay here . Thank you again Matt for everything!
