Small home great for family adventures or nights out with friends. We are 2 minutes from the BOK center, 5 minutes from anything down town, 10 minutes from the Gathering Place or Aquarium! We have a grill and yard games if you just need a place to crash between locations. Come see us, we would love to have you! Please understand we are not located in the upscale neighborhoods of Tulsa. We do not have palm trees and rollercoasters in the front yard. There has been no crime at or around the home! We do want you to know we do not have central heat/air. We do have split units in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. There is also an AC unit in the living room. They all go down to 60 degrees and get rather cold.

We had a great time at the BOK shack. Super clean and we felt right at home. We also loved being able to have fun with our fur baby. Host was super responsive and nice.
Nice view
Would stay here again if in downtown Tulsa. Shaunda was very quick to respond with any questions/concerns both before stay and during stay. Overall, house is in a good location in relation to downtown. As she mentioned in the posting, neighborhood isn’t the ritzy part of town but I did not feel unsafe. The house was perfect size for us while in town for a concert at the BOK. House was clean. It looks like they are possibly in the process of some updates/remodeling. I did like the separate AC units in the bedrooms, this allowed for more customized comfort when you have differing temperature preferences.
The house was cozy and very clean. The location is great for getting to downtown and other places in the city. Plus the river view was fantastic!
The BOK shack was perfect for our Tulsa trip. Fun front yard river view! Perfect for a picnic. Neighborhood was nice & quiet! Perfect if you’re looking for a cozy stopover

Please understand that the neighborhood is older. We are doing our best to make it look better by doing our part and fixng up our home. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly. We have not had any issues with property being damaged or stolen.
The home is set up for you to be able to park in the front of the house in the road. There is a street light that helps with being able to see when you are coming in late. You can also park in the back, through the alley. The house numbers are also on the fence to see where to park.
