Spacious and charming! Perfect location for anyone looking to attend events at TU...Homecoming, Graduation, Parent's Weekend. Walk just one block and you are on campus. The house was clean and well appointed. Julia was very communicative in making sure all our needs were met on arrival and departure. The photos are spot on with how the home looks in real life. My only worry is that this home will be booked the next time I want to come stay at TU! I can't wait to use the backyard and firepit on my next visit.

Julia’s place is fantastic. Julia is an amazing host. Very responsive and attentive to details of her guests. Will be booking again when we come back into town.
