Every bedroom has an Ocean View!  The kids and fishermen can walk ten short minutes up the beach to the famous Kure Beach Pier.  Bring the whole family: Four Bedrooms and Four Bathrooms, plus a sofa bed, and a generously furnished living room accommodate sleeping for 12.  Bring up to two *Under 30 pound* dogs for an extra fee. No Parking In The Yard: Kure Dunes has a strict prohibition against parking in the grass. No trailers allowed. Rental Policies: In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement. Arrival/Departure: Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm Check Out is by 10 am. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure. Electronic Lock entry. House Rules: No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities No smoking Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed with restrictions, Up to 2 dogs, each under 30 pounds.  First dog pet fee is included, additional dog fees apply. Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Cancellation Policy: - Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking - After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee - After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee. Things To Do: Adventure awaits.
