It was a little confusing that the listing said a one bedroom with three beds, but it makes sense now that there’s literally one bedroom. The queen bed is in the main living area, where there is also a pullout couch, and the bedroom had a twin bed. It’s very cute and comfy, the queen bed was extremely comfortable, and the entire unit (downstairs of their home with private entrance) was just adorable. Separate private patio for the unit and everything. Very grateful!

Perfection. Mike and Kelly were friendly and welcoming. The place was as described and beyond. Super easy check in. We felt right at home in the desert oasis!

We were visiting Sedona but thank goodness we stayed here in Cottonwood instead of trying to stay in Sedona. The desert views were beautiful and peaceful and it was a relief to be outside of the heavy-tourism vibe of Sedona and feel more like a local in this special region of Arizona. Kelly and Mike are very chill and had great suggestions for hikes and restaurants (which we greatly enjoyed, thank you!) I highly recommend this desert oasis and would stay there again if we’re ever so fortunate as to be able to come back.

Had a fantastic stay! Mike and Kelly were very welcoming and friendly. Gave us good recommendations on places to eat, and hike around. The place was very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend and would come back again!
